Roll Stock

PVC Roll Stock is available in three grades: 

Standard / Low-Temp / Extra- Low Temp. 

All grades are formulated with ingredients that meet USDA requirements for incidental contact with meat, poultry and dairy products.

Standard
Our standard material is produced in strip or sheet form, and the strips may be either smooth or ribbed. Used in indoor or outdoor applications, the material functions in temperatures ranging from 0° to 150°F.

Low Temp
Low Temp vinyl strip is available in three configurations: smooth unreinforced, smooth with reinforcement, or ribbed. The material is suitable for use in freezers and exterior applications as low as -30°F.

Extra-Low Temp
Extra-Low Temp formulation is designed for use in freezers operating at temperatures as low as -60°F.

Ribbed
Standard and Low Temp vinyl strip formulations are available in a unique triangular rib configuration. The softly rounded ribbed surfaces help reduce scratching from truck and cargo traffic and the friction and static electricity associated with smooth strips.

Safety Strips
PVC safety strip is produced in two translucent colors; Safety Orange and Safety Red. These products can be used to outline hazardous areas, door jams and high traffic areas.

Black Opaque Strip
PVC vinyl strip is frequently used with conveyor systems and other applications where restricted visibility is desired.

Selection of PVC Roll Stock
Selection of PVC Roll Stock should be based upon the operating temperature required in each application. Specifiers are encouraged to select material providing a safety margin over the temperature range required. When wear, abrasion, impact or high winds are associated with cold temperature use, the minimum range is reduced.

Special formulations of PVC are available to meet the requirements of a broad range of demanding industrial and commercial applications.
